Monte-Carlo Gastronomy exhibition is an irresistible invitation to the world of delicacies. It offers to gourmets, epicureans, curious, and amateurs a return to the world of authentic flavours and local products.

Over the years, this appetizing exhibition has built success not only on quality products that passed a rigorous selection of exhibitors, but also on diversity and the importance of animation.

Various cooking demonstrations are realized every day by the great chefs of Monaco and the French Riviera, thus revealing to visitors their prestigious secret recipes. A number of important associations participate in the exhibition, they are: Monaco Goût et Saveurs, Slow Food Monaco Riviera Côte d’Azur, the Association of French and Italian Maîtres d’hôtels, the Monégasque Association of Sommeliers, the Association of Monégasque Hotel Industry.

There are three contests that take place while the exhibition: the Maestro Chef Contest, dedicated to amateur cooks, the Contest of Restaurant Critics, rewarding the best wines and champagnes of present producers, and the Slow Food Contest dedicated to exhibitors of gastronomy awarded for the quality, originality, and innovation of their products.
Meaningful prizes for the exhibitors
The prizes, always meaningful for the winners that were rewarded, are also valuable “buying guides” for visitors, for them to be sure in excellence of label products. In partnership with our magazine L’Observateur de Monaco, the award is offered each month, based on the votes of our readers for the best Monégasque pizzas, suchi, burgers, barbagiuans, pan bagnats, cocktails… Monte-Carlo Gastronomy is a gastronomic ambush and the key global event of authentic flavours of the holiday season.
